Studies in neuroscience indicate that at least 95% of our consciousness is at the subconscious level.

It's the subconscious mind that is the storehouse for our beliefs, and it’s from our beliefs that our perceptions about the world and ourselves are formed.

Our beliefs drive our thoughts, feelings and actions, and from these we form habits and behaviors.

Often, the most effective way to change an unwanted habit or behavior is to change the subconscious belief(s) that support it.
